today went for archery trainin...
trainin was tough...
4 rounds...
20 standard push ups
20 wide hand
10 diamond
total 2 sets...
then tiang in T shape for like 20 mins total...
didnt even touch the bow as they said...
ok then they sae gt another selection in july...
best of the best...
im gettin in...
even if i wanna quit...
i wil quit after i gt in...
after trainin went to find sean n nethen...
help put posters up...
nethen runnnin for BSC main comm...
plz support him~
tok awhile...
then went home wif terr...
at nite...
went down to watch man u match wif nasrul...
0-0 draw...
man utd retain title 3 times in a row...
